m4 sportsline trouble

Hi guys,,,,can anybody help me,,my m4 sportsline will not fire,,checkd the fuse(all good),,,,checked wiring(all good) ive never stripped a mechbox(although i used to repair nailguns so id say id understand it fairly well) but has any body heard of this problem before,and is it an easy repair,,,,,,,,,,would be grateful for any help i could get.,,,,,,,nice one.

With the battery "engaged" does the gun make ANY sound?
PM me i can be of some help (Buddys TM M4 shredded gears and burnt out motor......love the smell of bakelite, itll haunt me forever)

Do you have access to a Multi Meter at all? Run a continuity test on the internals.

No mate,the gun is as quite as a mouse,not even a twitch from te mechbox,,,,,,,about a week befor it sat down i lost semi auto and i hav noticed since the the gun has sat down that the trigger feels like it is in fire mode even when it is in safe,,,,,,,,,,i dont hav a multi meter,,,,,thanks for the reply,,if you could help id be gratefull.
